This is somewhere in Limpopo province where the communities are getting tired of crime. We have seen so many incidents like these where criminals are heavily punished if they get caught by the mob. Limpopo has got so many forums of young people that have vowed to group themselves so as to deal with the criminals in our societies.
so this could be one of the forums as you can see that the car that is on this picture, has got a sticker that shows that they can be some sort of security for that community. It is a good thing if criminals are only punished to make them see the consequences for what they are doing, but killing them and burning them with tires it is just extreme.
