Topic: Allegedly this is how many people becomes police officers in South Africa while they don't qualify.
Now as we are talking, there are thousands and thousands of people, whom are admitted in police colleges around the republic of South Africa. This is following the South African Police Service recruitment which was conducted few months ago.
Even though things are like that, there have been other people complaining that they don't get a call up even though they pass all activities or rather assessments which are required.
Some rumors even said that, sometimes people who didn't even do assessments do get call up.
After some investigation, the ENCA had reported that the applicants allegedly bribe officers more especially on the HRM Division to get to the police college and becomes police officers.
Maybe this is the reason why the republic of South Africa do have many police officers who don't even know their jobs.
