The KwaZulu Natal province has found itself under spotlight once again as a result of the heavy rains, there are reports which have indicated that the Emergency Services in the province and in the from the national government have been put under high alert so that there may be ready to respond if there be any emergency situation that they should respond to.
The experience of flooding is not something that anyone or any entity could be ready for as it's a natural dusster, however the recent experience of excessive yellow flooding in KwaZulu Natal should serve as a wake up call to local and the national government that they will need to do right when it comes to infrastructural development and Joe service delivery ought to be rendered to communities.

More than 400 people were confirmed dead, while thousands remained displaced and without houses, and some people are still considered missing on the previous encounter of heavy rains in the KZN province.
