How Does Asylum Seekers in SA Afford to Take Xmas and Easter Break Back to their Home Country.

South Africa is a country filled with so many unimaginable stories that do not happen in other countries of the world.

We've had our own fair share of Immigrants in our country including those we refer to as asylum seekers.

Some of these individuals travel back home during holidays to visit their families and well wishers despite the fact most of them claim they are not safe living in their home country.

The question in mind is; how come these people suddenly survive in their home country which they initially claimed was hostile prior to getting asylum.

This is the concern of a South African man known as Tebogo on Twitter who said that he is often amazed when asylum seekers and refugees in South Africa take Christmas and Easter break from South Africa back to their home country.

He wondered how people believe that these set of people are true asylum seekers in our country at the first place.

According to his statement on Twitter:

"Amazing how asylum seekers and refugees in South Africa, take Xmas holidays and Easter weekend breaks from their host country, to go back home with presents and stories about the land of milk and honey. Stories about getting SASSA grants and free almost everything else."
