Bad news received by ANC

JOHANNESBURG - Axed Mpumalanga Agriculture MEC Mandla Msibi has revolted against dooming claims of infighting and factionalism in the territory.

Msibi tended to his allies outside the Nelspruit Magistrates Court after he and his co-blamed were conceded bail for R20,000 each.

He and two other individuals were captured last week regarding a shooting that left two individuals dead and a third injured in August.

He's blamed for some previous MECs for being engaged with his capture.

"An individual from the ANC PEC called me, examining me regarding the choices of the PEC and I said to that man I steered clear of the PEC.

"That man requested Kgalema Motlanthe's number, I then rejected and that was my transgression in response to that."

Msibi said that 10 individuals have so far been killed in Barberton since the assignment of applicants started.
