Gunmen have robbed police officers at a satellite police station in Sir Lowry's Pass. Police spokesperson, Andre Traut says the Hawks have launched a manhunt for three suspects who stole the officers service pistols and electronic equipment:
"At around 21:00 the suspects who were armed approached two members who were on duty in the community service centre and held them at gunpoint. They disarmed the police members and fled with two 9mm service pistols, three cellular telephones and a laptop computer. The members were fortunately not injured during the incident." This is a very questionable as people wonder how the empowerment officers who are well trained can be just robbed by perpetrators like that. This makes people feel unsafe because they look up to this law enforcement officers to protect them yet they see them failing to fight off perpetrators. Something must be done about perpetrators because we cannot continue like this.
