Mageba's determination to start a business away from Nkunzi or any of his associates clouded his judgment because he ended up getting into business with someone he does not know and did not even bother to do background check on the man. All he knew was his name and only God knows Congo is even his name By the time Mageba reakised the man he got into business with is not reliable and definitely not to be trusted it was already too late because they had already stole the six German cars he asked for Sobhuza and Kotini knew there is something off about this Congo guy because he was not panctual at their first meeting after he was nowhere to be found Kotini gladly offered to man hunt this Congo character himself.
After he realized Congo is trying to run away from him he had to shoot him because he had to go back at the hostel with him or else Mageba would have eaten him alive. Kotini out of foolishness or anger he shot Congo while the hostel residents were watching meaning they are witnesses, it's not only the shooting that was illegal but there are also six German cars that were stolen and are currently at the hostel so should someone decide to call the police it's over for them
