Uthando Nes'thembu: Mseleku hints at one wife being capable of harming the other wives

The latest episode of Uthando Nes'thembu saw the wives gatheres together at The View, still trying to navigate unity. Their husband arranged the trip for them as a thank you for his birthday party that made him bawl like a baby. However more was revealed in the episode than intended, the fact that Mayeni is bitter and that their husband spreads gossip around them and causes fights.

During their sit down dinner the ladies tried to walkthrough the minefield that is their relationship with each other. A resolution wasn't really found. MaKhumalo was most vocal, trying to get Mayeni to speak and MaCele and MaNgwabe seemed to fade into the background. Perhaps this indicates that the real beef is between MaKhumalo and Mayeni? We can't truly confirm but the snippet of a previous season showed conflict between them.

After having a pyjama party in MaKhumalo's room and going horseback riding at the beach they all called it a day. It was a uneasy truce but it seems like it is something very brittle. They don't seem to want to confront the bigger issues or being direct. If they can't be honest and accommodating, what will it accomplish?

However, the end of the episode is really what had me in an absolute frenzy. It was Mseleku talking to MaCele, presumably about the unity when he revealed something disturbing. That yes, he does talk about the wives to each other, but that he does so to protect them. He mentioned no names but hinted that THAT particular wife was potentially dangerous for the others.

He said, "I see that she might do something to harm her, there's no way I wont tell her."

I'm hoping this was out of context because the reality would be disturbing. Would he really stay with someone if he thought they would hurt his other wives? I find this to be a scary part of polygamy. Being in proximity to your husbands other women can put you at risk for any and every thing.
