Lobola is an African custom by which the bridegroom's family makes a payment in cattle or cash to the bride's family shortly before the marriage. As a man, when you finally meet a woman who meets your expectations, it is only right to make things official by paying Lobola. This route allows both families to build a solid bond.
With that being said, a guy recently took to social media to post pictures of himself, his family, and wife after Lobola negotiations. This is what he wrote in his caption: "Lobola negotiations went well." "Officially my best friend and life partner".
People couldn't help but express how beautiful his wife looked in her traditional outfit. Some left comments congratulating him on paying Lobola. Overall, people were definitely impressed. There's a lot that people have had to say. More reactions are down below.
