To be honest, we all want our relationships to be as straightforward and uncomplicated as possible so that we can get on with our lives. It's only natural that you date inside your 'circle,' because the only way you'll ever find a spouse who understands and respects your profession is to date someone who is familiar with your field.
That is why it isn't such a huge deal when celebrities date celebrities; the only strange thing is that some of these relationships don't survive very long.
We spent time compiling a list of celebs and their ex-lovers and came up with a list of 6 relationships that didn't work out.
1. Cassper Nyovest & Boity.
They were young loves till they broke up. However, we're delighted they're still the best of friends.
Minnie was, without a doubt, going to be my favorite soccer wife. She'd be on Diski Diva's eish if she and Itu hadn't broken up.
3. Kelly Khumalo & Zamokwakhe “Bhaka” Nzama.
She was apparently going to marry this guy this time, but she fouled up the relationship by ‘beating up' the traditional healer.
Actually, this relationship is just another roller coaster. Khaya and Nomamo are reportedly no longer together after he cheated on her with Isibaya co-star Jessica Nkosi.
4. Bonang Mathebe & Euphonik.
We're overjoyed that the on-again, off-again relationship is finally over. To be honest, most of us couldn't understand this couple.
5. Pearl Modiadie & Donald.
The man was ecstatic, but Pearl's connection seemed to be far too toxic for her. No one wants to be in a toxic relationship at any point in their lives.
6. Arthur & Chomee.
People usually say don't mix business with pleasure, and we think that's why Chomee and Arthur are now exes and back to just making music together, in the studio.
We're still surprised, but we assume these two know how to keep their feelings to themselves. They've worked together for a long time and are always there for each other.
