The no-contact rule refers to cutting off all contact with an ex following a breakup, and it's the best method for moving on from an ex. No contact should last for a minimum of 60 days, and it includes no texting, no calling, and no interacting on social media. A lot of people struggle to pass this phrase after a break up.
Some people struggle to heal from brake ups even after a while of trying to move on and forget about the other person. A lady currently left Mzansi astounded as she shared on her post that: "My ex- boyfriend sent me a long paragraph telling me he doesn't want to see me again .I replied with "Lol " because why would he send me a message when I haven't seen him in 2 years. Why is he even thinking about me."
This is absolutely shocking, imagine someone who hasn't seen you in such a long time, texting you, to tell you that they don't want to see you ever again. Surely this is some psychopathic behavior. One person in the comments suggested that: "He probably told his current that, you the 1 who has been calling him, instead of sending the long paragraph to the side, he send it to you."
