The rate at which women are killed everyday in the country, is extremely high and very alarming. Most of these women lost their lives in the hands of men who are known to them, majority of them are their partners. It is safe to say that most women were killed in the name of love.
According to the source, Siphokazi was allegedly murdered by her partner by being beaten with a hot plate stove. Her neighbours heard her screaming in the early hours till 3am on the day.
