A Guide On Having Relationships With Intention.

We live in a fast paced world that often distracts us from the guilt of gratitude. On our path to setting goals and striving for success, we often miss that which endures. The value of the journey, take your time, reflect, recount, and breath life back into how you function. Below is few monthly guides of living with intentions in your relationship and fitness. Reflect on your growth, it's the little things that matters the most. It's time to slow down and feel again.


Write down one thing you appreciate about your significant other every day and show them the list at the end of the month. Text a different friend or a family member everyday to see how they're doing. Reach out to someone who looks like they need a friend. Make time for a date night every week, find out your significant other's love language and pick one thing each week to do for them based on it. Send an encouraging message to someone every day. Pay it foward for a stranger at least once a week. Spend at least 3 hours a week with your partner, with phones off.


Try a new fitness class every week and workout an extra day each day. Go for a run at least 3times a week and always stretch in the mornings. Cut out sugar for a month and drink adequate amounts of water on a daily. Always get outside to get sunshine for at least 20 minutes each day.

Intention is one of the most powerful forces there is. What you mean when you do a thing will always determine the outcome, the law creates the world.
