8 Unbelievable Coincidences That Leave Us With Many Questions About the World

Life occasionally throws us surprising surprises that appear impossible to explain simply by referring to probability theories.

The coincidences that occur in our world never cease to astound us at Bright Side, demonstrating how unpredictable and strange it is.

Almost like reincarnation

Enzo Ferrari, the company's founder, passed away in 1988. Mesut zil, a German player, was born a month later. You could easily mistake them for twin brothers based on their photographs. Is this a reincarnation case?

Is this yet more proof of time travel?

Jennifer Lawrence looks exactly like Zubaida Tharwat, an Egyptian actress from the 1920s.

Neighbors that live in different eras

Famous composer George Handel lived next door to Jimi Hendrix, despite the fact that they were separated by two centuries. Handel lived at 25 Brook Street in London, and Hendrix lived at 23 Brook Street for a time. They were both amazing musicians that influenced a lot of people.

The Disaster at Hoover Dam

George Tierney, who died on December 20, 1922, while performing preparatory work, was one of the first individuals to perish during the construction of the Hoover Dam. Patrick Tierney, George's son, was the last person to die during construction. On the 20th of December, he died as well.

The cars that were able to find each other.

Two automobiles collided in the state of Ohio in 1895. The oddity of this event can be found in the fact that vehicle production was only beginning to take off at the time, and there were only these two cars in the entire state of Ohio. Unfortunately, car accidents were not documented at the time, therefore the official reprimand was issued.

Edgar Allan Poe's time machine is rumored to exist.

The account of four sailors who survived the sinking of their ship and were forced to devour a shipboy named Richard Parker is told in Edgar Allan Poe's novel The Narrative of Arthur Gordon Pym of Nantucket. Po stated that the story was inspired by true occurrences, however that was not the case.

A real boat did sink 46 years after the book was written, and the crew members who survived told how they ate a shipboy named...Richard Parker. As a result, rumors circulated that the famed American author owned a time machine.

Unfortunate brothers

Erskine Lawrence Ebbin, a 17-year-old Bermuda resident, was riding his moped down the road when he was hit by a cab in July 1975. Erskine's brother, who was also 17, had been killed over a year previously, in July. He was also murdered by a cab while riding the same moped. The same driver was at the wheel, and he was transporting the same passenger.

A rare book and Anthony Hopkins

Anthony Hopkins once needed to get his hands on a book so that he could study for a role in a film he was starring in: George Feifer's The Girl from Petrovka. He couldn't find the book in any store, but then, by complete chance, he came across a forgotten copy in the subway.

When Hopkins later encountered Feifer, he informed him that he didn't own a copy of the book and that he had donated his last one to a friend who had misplaced it in the subway.
