Why is Cyril sleeping at events? Mzansi is saying this

When one sleeps in class or at an event, those around him usually start making assumptions. Some will begin to think they are tired or what is going on is nothing of their interest.

When the same person gets seen almost at every event or lecture dozing, more questions will be raised. Some will start raising eyebrows as the state of health of that person might be brought into question.

In South Africa, the head of state Cyril Ramaphosa is often caught napping on camera at several events. You cannot deny that he will not be following the proceedings as he will be in a world of his own while dreaming. Image

One social media user named Advocate Barry Roux shared a number of pictures of the president being caught sleeping. This was accompanied by a caption which read, "Why is President Cyril Ramaphosa always sleeping at events khante? What does he do when we are sleeping?"

The nation had differing explanations regarding what might have led to the president to become such a sleeping beauty. Some of the explanations were nasty while others were so humorous.

Should we say the president is always working hard while we are all asleep or he's anticipating to get a special dream on how to lead the nation?

One user shared a poll as some users voted on what might be the reason. Below are the results. The poll is still running and users can click this link to have their say on what might be making Cyril sleep at state events.
