I never thought that the Bible maybe against women plotting their hair. After all, women should look beautiful as the Bible tells us that women are the glory of their husbands, and husbands are the glory of God.
The glory of a woman is found in her hair whatever she does with her hair is what bring that glory and confidence, that is why at many times the Bible is against women doing a bald style because, women are not allowed to remove their hair completely.
The bible says, hair is the glory of woman, remember there is a woman in the Bible who poured oil or perfume on Jesus and she wiped it with her hair. It was as simple symbol of showing respect for the Lord, to say that when it comes to you, I lay down my crown, I lay down my glory.
The glory of woman it is for the sake of their husbands. As much as a husband should be a representative of the glory of God, their women should also be very presentable before them.
Her husband according to the Apostle Paul or let me say a man represent God, and a woman represent her husband. So it is possible for a woman to misrepresent her husband, and it is possible for a man to misrepresent God.
I don't have answers to why God is called "him" and I don't have answers why God prefer to be male. A lot of people are asking why is the gender of God a men, that is why now it makes sense when He says in His word husbands are the representatives of God. They are the glory of God.
Now we know according to the Jewish custom, if a person has a son that person is considered to be wealthy and strong. Sons were always there sign of strength, not to say women do not have a superior position in God. Remember the image of God that is in all of us do not carry a gender. It is just have an image of God, it is neither male nor female in any physical form.
This is one thing that men and women have in common, His image. So let's contemplate on it, and let me hear your reasons. What do you think about this? Is it oppression on women or it is simply a Godly way, just comment below with your own understanding.
3 Do not let your adorning be external—the braiding of hair and the putting on of gold jewelry, or the clothing you wear— 4 but let your adorning be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in God’s sight is very precious
