Opinion: Cyril must be brought to book, no citizen is above the law says Mervyn Dirks

“No citizen is above the law, that includes President Ramaphosa "Mervyn Dirks

There was so much commotion when Jonas claimed bribery surely there should be commotion when the president speaks of using State funds to fund party business, they're both corruption activities.

In respective of who you are, being you a president, nobody is above the law, while would president Cyril Ramaphosa use public fund to run campaign for his election business, I call it election business because they are not in that position for them people, but they are there to share the national cakes. Mervyn Dirks said that nobody and that includes every the president because are supposed to live by example, what makes you think that, now the president use the public fund to run a campaign election, when we finally voted him into power, he will steal all the public fund for his own entire generation.

Someone on Twitter said this, Judges stopped the massive commotion that arose from CR17 donations & buying of conference. They just sealed the evidence that PP Adv Mkhwebane was working with. It left us paralyzed. They refused to unseal it when EFF appealed.

What every South African yearned for was a Democratic space THAT treats all its citizens equally. As Lindiwe noted the judiciary is manned by House Negros. PP was brutalized with personal costs, despite the FACT a precedent had already been set in Zuma vs PP. Justice is toxic

Yes even though justice is toxic we must make that as a priority, everyone who has diverted the fund of the public must be brought to book.
