There are some bad news for the suspended African National Congress (ANC) secretary general Ace Magashule, according to reports, Ace Magashule approached the South African Constitutional Court to appeal his suspension from the ANC after the R255 Million asbestos tender corruption allegations, but unfortunately for Ace Magashule, the Constitutional Court has decided to dismiss his appeal, which means that he is still suspended from the ANC.
However, it seems like a lot of South Africans are happy to hear about the Constitutional Court's decision to dismiss Ace Magashule's appeal, and many South Africans took to social media site Twitter to respond after learning about the dismissal of Ace Magashule's appeal, just look at how some people responded...
"Good he should actually be in jail this corrupt thief"
"He is not coming back this one
He is gone😏"
"Foolish man, he thinks Constitution court is Busisiwe Mkhwebane."
