HAVE A LOOK: Malema has finally made comment on Naledi Chirwa calling president " weak little boy "

It was a dramatic Monday on Twitter! A member of Parliament divided the whole social media platform. Economic Freedom Fighters' Naledi Chirwa almost broke the internet after calling President Cyril Ramaphosa a weak little boy. After Ramaphosa's weekly letter, in which he criticized Lindiwe Sisulu's comments about the Constitution, Naledi fired shots. Ramaphosa had said that we need to protect our Constitution, our democratic state and the electoral process from anyone who wants to weaken our democracy and deny the South African people of their hard-won freedom. That was the statement that sent Naledi haywire.

The whole day Mzansi was waiting in anticipation to hear what Malema had to think about Naledi's disrespect to the President. The CIC did not disappoint! He actually reiterated Naledi's statement, calling Ramaphosa boy. We see Malema’s vile rudeness has rubbed off into Naledi as well. Malema threw shade as he commented on one of his "puppets" who posted the President’s picture. "Boy", Malema commented on the picture.

This is not surprising at all. What did people expect from the "foul-mouthed" Malema. The controversial EFF leader has on numerous occasions called Ramaphosa all sorts of names. It must be an EFF thing! What kind of example I the party keaders setting for the youth? Some tweeps were not impressed by Malema's comment. "You are so wrong for this… just 40 years ago, who used to call our elders “ boy” and how hurtful was that. Now we do it, this is not growth. We are regressing," a tweep rebuked Malema. Disrespecting a president. What's your culture values and norms?

I'm not a Cyril Ramaphosa fan but that disrespect cut through my heart. Like many other I feel like a kid seeing his father being smacked by a gangster. What are your thoughts on this matter? Are we taking Freedom if Speecj too far as to country?
