The picture was posted after Bulelani Ngcuka said that it was not a good idea to have Jacob Zuma as the president of South Africa. As a reply, a twitter then posted the picture of Cyril Ramaphosa heading to a police van, asking that is it also a good idea to have president Cyril Ramaphosa as the president of South Africa.
