The city press understands that a hearing date has yet to be set, but respondents have been given 15 days to oppose the application.
It has been reported by different news outlets that the former minister of health in South Africa who had been accused of being involved in an R150 million tender scandal has released an affidavit fighting back. In this affidavit, the former health minister states that he wants the fundings from the special investigation unit declared unconstitutional and invalid.
This now only comes months after he resigned and months after this report was released. He states that what has been written in that report is very dangerous for his career because some of it is not valid.
Minister Zweli Mkhize should just do a press conference with the media and journalists to tell them the truth of his side. Also, the true report should be revealed because the one they have it he's denying everything. All the politicians and Ministers in South Africa are full of lies and corruption that's why the economy is Fallin down. More crimes and corruption is done by them and they help each other so that they can not be caught by the police.
SIU should investigate this matter clearly and carefully. They can find something which can help in the High Court. Nowadays the Ministers and other politician members serve to protect their skin and name not the needs of the country.
What is your take on this matter?
