The person who shared this picture on social media was actually showing people how old is man is looking like as of now because he cannot have been a minister of correctional services in today looking like a hobo.
This is a very good example of showing that people only recognise you when you have a position in government and when you get out of the position you are just a nobody and you can’t be recognised.
This man was once a person who was in government and in a lot of money but now that the position is scraped off he is now looking like he never went in any government institution at all.
