"Mabuza Will Visit Zuma In Nkandla To Get Blessings" RET Comrade Spills Beans

For the longest of times, deputy president David Mabuza has been known as an ANC comrade who doesn't belong to any faction after he emerged from the party's 54th national conference at Nasrec conference as the 'party's unifier'.

Mabuza didn't show much face in the public for years after his election as deputy in the country's highest office, a factor which surprised many that he is still the deputy president of South Africa when he started making headlines earlier this year following his trip to Russia to seek medical attention.

Before the Nasrec conference where Cyril Ramaphosa emerged as the winner, it is alleged that David Mabuza belonged to Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma's camp and only crossed floor to CR17 at last minute.

The speculation has surfaced again as RET comrades are claiming David Mabuza as one of their own.

It is also alleged that Mabuza will be visiting the Radical Economic Transformation ideology leader, Jacob Zuma in Nkandla soon.

"We are reliably informed that Mabuza is still one of us. He is just worried about what is currently happening in the country as we are.

Soon he will be visiting our ideological father uMsholozi, Nxamalala to get blessings and given clear line. We are requested to accept him," said one of the RET comrade on social media.

While local government elections are only a few days away, ANC will ask its elected ward councillors in the coming municipal elections to resign if it is found that their nomination did not follow procedure, said Deputy President David Mabuza.

Mabuza, who is the former premier of Mpumalanga, was back on his old stomping grounds, hitting the campaign trail in the Bushbuckridge area over the weekend.

His fate is also alleged to be hanging over a thread following speculations that some ANC top officials want a different candidate for the position and Mabuza revealed that if the party has found another candidate, he will not fight it.
