The Congress of the People Secretary general and the former education member of the executive committee in the provincial government of Free State has died due to Covid-19.
Papi Diratsagae Kganare died from Corona virus health complications at the life Flora hospital in Johannesburg about 18:30, the news were confirmed by his family and his political party.
The national spokesperson of Cope Dennis Bloem told the media that the now late politician passed away after he had a month fight with Covid-19, and he lost the fight in hospital unfortunately.
The late politician leaves behind his beautiful wife and four beautiful kids.
It is understood that the politician was admitted at hospital together with his wife and the wife was then discharged two weeks ago.
However, his wife who was discharged is still on the oxygen support at the hospital and she has not taken the news very well.
The late Papi kganare will be remembered by the stalling service but subject to personal view of his work that he did as early as from when he was trade unionist to the time he was Free State MEC of Education.
