The daughter of the former president of South Africa, Jacob Zuma, Duduzile has caused a stir on twitter after what she posted. Duduzile has become famous recently, during the unrest that took place in South Africa. She was furious about the unconstitutional arrest of her father. However, at this moment things have calmed down, since Jacob Zuma has been released from prison, and is comfortably in his home in Nkandla. Duduzile has been active on social media, after his father was arrested. She is one of the people who can be accused of inciting violence in July. She was never charged with anything, including her brother Duduzane Zuma. Duduzile shared a heartwarming message on twitter, that left many people engaging.
Winnie Madikizela-Mandela has been honored by the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) by designating the party's offices in central Johannesburg after her for what should have been her 85th birthday. Julius Malema, the EFF's leader, made the momentous announcement on Sunday, September 26, 2021, in Ghandi Square, when the party also unveiled its manifesto ahead of the local government elections.
Winnie Madikizela-Mandela House is the new headquarters of the EFF.
The struggle icon passed away in 2018 – and the EFF's headquarters isn't the only place where she'll be remembered. One of the province's major highways, William Nicol, is already being renamed after Madikizela-Mandela by the City of Johannesburg. While Arts and Culture Minister Nathi Mthetwa recently stated that Winnie Mandela would be renamed after the little town of Brandfort in the Free State.
Since the EFF has put the name of Winnie Mandela up, Duduzile has seen an opportunity to remind South Africans how much she appreciated her. She posted saying “I Drove Down Winnie Mandela Drive This Morning…Amandla”. Her post was full of excitement, not until people in the comment section started accusing her of using a vehicle that is paid by the GUPTAS. Recalling the relationship that the GUPTAS had with his father while he was the president. “Was that in a Gupta paid for vehicle?” asked Chris, directing the questions to Duduzile
