# CyrilRamaphosamustgo is a movement founded by South African citizens in response to criminal charges of money laundering leveled against the South African president, Cyril Ramaphosa, on his farm in Limpopo. South African citizens seem to have lost hope in their president after Authur Fraser laid criminal charges against him.
A South African citizen who goes by the name of Choxzin stated that "# CyrilRamaphosamustgo is a sign that people will make sure that the African National Congress retains power after the 2024 elections." This happened after the country was in the tight grip of something resembling load-shedding.
The citizens are very angry at their president for not doing anything to help them overcome the power cut. Below are some of the comments that were made by concerned South African citizens on Twitter.
Ramaphosa, together with the rest of the ANC and the other invalids in Parliament, should just pack up and leave now. Let the rest of us get together and map our way forward. These useless, good-for-nothing politicians have ruined this beautiful country, and we are no longer interested in their spin-doctoring.
