Before the day president of the Republic of South Africa and African National Congress Cyril Matamela Ramaphosa suspended the Public Protector of the Republic of South Africa Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane, there were some questions sent to President by Advocate Mkhwebane for him to answer regarding the Phalaphala farm gate robbery.
President Cyril Ramaphosa suspended Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane and appointed Gcaleka as an acting public Protector.
Few hours ago, we learnt that, President Cyril Matamela Ramaphosa failed to answer those questions in the time he was given and asked for extension from acting public Protector Gcaleka.
ATM which is one of opposition party in the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa is accusing Gcaleka and Ramaphosa of having unlawful secret deal.
"The ATM is taking legal advice on whether to bring an urgent application to set aside the potentially unlawful secret deal between Ramaphosa & Gcaleka to extend the deadline to the 31 questions without notifying the complainant & the public", Says ATM.
