The legal representative of a man accused of burning down the parliament of the republic of South Africa, was challenging court decision that he must be sent to psychiatric hospital since they assume that he's not that stable upstairs.
Today in his upsets due to covid-19 infection, Zandile Mafe's legal representative was representing him at court presenting their defense to challenge that Zandile Mafe mustn't sent to Psychiatric hospital.
Yesterday the Parliament fire accused Zandile Mafe had won the case that he must sent to correctional facility after court sets-aside order he be sent to psychiatric hospital.
This is good news to Zandile Mafe and his legal representative, since it will boast their moral to prove his innocent.
Zandile Mafe got arrested on the Sunday 2nd of January 2022 after the parliament of the republic of South Africa was reportedly burned down.
Many didn't believe that the homeless man like Zandile Mafe is capable of burning down the parliament of the republic of South Africa and they've started with a movement to demand government to release him from prison.
