It is well known that Nelson Mandela took care of his family after he left office as president of both the Republic of South Africa and the African National Congress. His family is also known to be one of the families that is currently benefiting from the investments that Mandela made on their behalf during his time in office.
Many of those family members didn't even bother to change their surname because they were aware of the many advantages that come with having that surname.
