The troublemaker chief said poor people and SA Social Security Agency (Sassa) recipients won't pay for grave destinations under the EFF government. 


"There is no helpless family that will pay for a grave. For what reason must we pay to cover our friends and family? We are poor. Each and every individual who is destitute, every individual who is a recipient of Sassa, should never pay for a grave. The grave should be for nothing."
