Beside when there is another explanation, mostly people who shared the same surname are related.
Many people haven't realized that the Minister of department of social development Minister Lindiwe Zulu and her Deputy Minister Hendrietta Bogopane-Zulu shares the same surname.
Now the big question is if this two are related or it is just matter of using the surname while people are not related.
Lindiwe Daphney Zulu is South Africa's Minister of Social Development. She was the special advisor to the President on International Relations. She previously served as the head of communication for the PAN African women's organisation in Angola in 1988
Hendrietta Bogopane-Zulu is the South African deputy minister in Department of Social Development. She has been a member of parliament since 1999 and now. She is serving a fourth term in the Jacob Zuma cabinet. She was Deputy Minister of Public Works and Women, Children and Persons with Disability.
