Zimbabwean people were being given buckets as a form of a campaign strategy by the government that is trying to contest and become leaders again.
When South Africans saw this they were not surprised at all because they know that even in South Africa people are given t-shirts by the African National Congress in a form of a campaigning strategy.
This is something that most governments try to do and this is bad because they are supposed to provide good quality services to the people rather than giving them buckets of water.
People are always crying every day because of the inadequate services that they are given by the government and this is something that most governments should campaign by doing.
However most governments resort to giving people whom they want votes from T-shirts and other sorts of material stuff instead of working the ground and making sure that those people are secure.
