The issue of Immigration has been topping most of the news platforms in South Africa due to the recent decision by the government not to renew the Zimbabwean exemption permit.
The permit was Issued to Zimbabweans in 2018 to enable them live and work in the country for a period of four years. The permit is expected to expire by 31st December and the beneficiaries are doing every thing humanly possible to renew it but our government seem not to be interested in doing so.
Even South African citizens are beckoning on the government not to renew the permit, owing to the fact that most of these Immigrants tend to engage in one crime or the other.
A concerned Zimbabwean Man has taken to his social media to blast South Africans for not supporting their zimbabwean neighbors in asking SA Government to renew their exemption permit.
He further showed displeasure that South Africans were even the ones criticizing they recent action of taking SA government to court in a bid to compel Home Affairs to change its mind.
According to his statement on Twitter:
"Disappointed by hateful posts against Zimbabweans made for no other reason besides an application to court for administrative action. Going to court seeking a remedy should never be an intimidating experience. Complaints will be made to relevant authorities."
