ActionSA leader Herman Mashaba told the media yesterday that he will not entertain any negotiations on any illegal activity.

"I just had an interview with one of the journalists asking my views/ position regarding employment quotas for illegal immigrants. My answer is simple:ActionSA will not entertain any negotiations on any illegal activity. Foreigners must be in SA legally to be engaged, "said Mogale ActionSA leader Herman Mashaba.

Herman Mashaba told the media that he is not going to entertain such and if he had enough power he was gonna chase away all illegal immigrants to their mother's land until they come back legally so that he can consider them.

According to the Employment Services Act of 2014, section 8 foreign nationals should be employed in jobs where an employer has proven that no suitably qualified SA candidate can do that job.

Many companies in South Africa break that law and there are no actions taken. This shows very well that South Africa is not good at following the law.
