In courtroom docket papers the NPA, has stated that Magashule turned into trying to delay his criminal trial when he requested the high court to declare that there has been tangible proof in opposition to him.
Magashule has requested the Bloemfontein high court to declare that the state has no case in opposition to him to behavior prosecution, including that his prosecution changed into a "smear campaign". In court papers filed on Tuesday, prosecutor Navilla Somaru stated that the whole thing Magashule had requested for "must be raised during the path of his criminal trial".
