ACCUSED NUMBER 2 in Hillary Gardee's case has been doing shenanigans in jail. See what EFF revealed

Hillary Gardee's assassination has ensnared three suspects. After appearing in court, Philemon Mhlabunzima Lukhele, Sipho Mkhatshwa, and Mduduzi Albert Gama were charged with Hillary's murder but did not ask for bail. The revelation that Philemon Lukhele is an ANC card-carrying member rocked Mzansi in this case. His membership in the ruling party has been revoked as a result of the murder allegations leveled against him.

Despite the fact that Philemon Lukhele has suffered some repercussions, including being suspended from his post in the Mpumalanga Legislature, it appears that he is still receiving certain perks while incarcerated. Philemon has been doing some antics in jail, according to the EFF, which Hillary Gardee's father is a member of. Philemon Lukhele plotted with certain jail warders to smuggle cellphones and other items into his golding cell, according to the EFF's Mpumalanga Chairperson. Collen Sedibe dropped the bombshell, saying, "Singa Nxumalo of the Correctional Service is so silent about the raid and discovery of a smartphone smuggled by corrupt warders of Ronald Lamola for exclusive use by accused number 2, Philemon Lukhele in the murder and kidnapping of HillaryGardee."

The ANC's corruption is so widespread that it makes it difficult for any government entity to function without it. For the politically connected, going to prison is like going to a mall; they can stay as long as they like. This administration will go to any length to conceal its depravity. The African National Congress (ANC) is rotten to the core. Philemon Lukhele has a lot of connections. It was only a matter of time until this happened. If the charges against Lukhele are true, the EFF must battle tooth and nail to ensure that he does not get away with it.

Meanwhile, number one suspect Sipho Mkhatshwa has changed his mind about his bail application. Mkhatshwa first dropped his bail plea, but recently reversed his decision and asked for it to be heard. The state and the defense had agreed to postpone the case until June 2.
