The representative asked Malema what are you doing here? What authority do you have since you are not part of the government?
Malema replied that he is a member of parliament and has oversight powers but couldn't produce a letter from parliament or the government.
The representative then told Malema point blank that he is nothing more than a civilian, he has no power to inspect the business according to the law. He then asks him to come with officials from the government particularly those under the department of labor if he wants to address labor issues.
Malema then tries to block the restaurant from getting customers by addressing the media but the management refuses to budge. The representative said according to the policy we cannot allow anyone to come and see our business besides government officials.
