Limpopo Woman Built Her Mother A Home With The R350 COVID-19 Relief Grant She Was Receiving

Last year, President Cyril Ramaphosa decided to pay South Africans R350 per month as a Covid-19 relief grant. The grant helped a lot of South Africans who really needed to money.

It was reported, on Twitter, that a woman named Khomotso Lekgau, built her mother a house with the R350 grant that she had been receiving from the government.

The good news were reported by @Monye__, on his Twitter account. He posted the picture of the house and left this caption, “With all the R350 she’s been receiving from the government, Khomotso Legau saved and built her mother a beautiful home.”

People sent in their congratulatory messages in the comments section. However, there were some people who were skeptical about the whole thing. R350 is not a lot of money, and building a house requires a lot of money. People think that @Monye__ is lying about the whole thing and he just made it up for attention.

If it is true, Khomotso is a very intelligent woman. Instead of spending the money on unnecessary things, she saved up and did something good for her loved one.
