Jacob Zuma drops a Bombshell on the Constitutional Court

Jacob Zuma is the former State President of the African National Congress. He is the successor of the former Caretaker President Kgalema Motlanthe. He took over as the president of South Africa after he was voted by his members, despite being the Deputy President of Thabo Mbeki he never stood back when he was attacked for his rape case.

Jacob Zuma drops a Bombshell to the Constitutional court ruling that he must be sentenced to 15 months imprisonment. Zuma believes that the constitution failed to provide the reasons why he had to be prosecuted, even though he is prosecuted for defying the Constitution orders.

Bear in mind that Jacob Zuma is the Freedom Fighter of the Apartheid regime, this is why politicians like Julius Malema are not praising the Concourt for the ruling. According to a secret source, Zuma was supposed to be sentenced for the Arms deal which was postponed to October, this will mean that he will still have to appear in court, even though he is sentenced to 15 months.

What is your intake on this and why do you think he deserves the 15 months imprisonment?
