Immigration policy

Mzansi is glad that Motsaledi will not grant Zimbabwean exception permit. Foreigners are unhappy.

The news that Dr. Motsaledi won't approve Zimbabwean exception permit has been received with great joy in SANs.

After the minister of Home Affairs was interviewed by @eNCA press regarding the termination of Zimbabwean exemption permit, a South African national who is also a member of Operation Dudula putting South Africans first stated in his Twitter account @Bikofiles that " this man is clear." He made this statement after the minister of Home Affairs was asked about the situation.

The head of the Home Affairs department was interviewed before the Zimbabwean exemption permission, according to which about 200,000 Zimbabweans will be living unlawfully in South Africa by January of next year. The Zimbabwean claimed that the minister of home affairs had stolen more than one hundred million rands from them in regard to the exemption permit and that he should give them their money back.

The minister of home affairs recommended that they submit an application for another visa that is outlined in the immigration acts. He went on to say that the term "xenophobia" is a "scare word" that is used by people from other nations, but that the laws that he is fighting for are already in place and are being applied in other countries in addition to South Africa. He continued by saying that he had no intention of approving the Zimbabwean exemption permit since doing so will lead to anarchy in the country.
