Hlengiwe Buhle Mkhize MP was a Minister of Higher Education and Training, having been appointed to the position by former President Jacob Zuma since 17 October 2017, after previously serving as Deputy Minister of Telecommunications and Postal Services in the government of South Africa.The prominent leader was born on the 06th of September in 1952 and she has recently passed away today the 16th of September 2021.She died 10 days after Celebriting her 69th birthday.
Mkhize was married to her lovely husband and blessed with a daughter. She was the member of African National Congress in good standing.
At the time of her passing she was the Deputy Minister in Presidency.She was serving as a Member of the National Assembly of South Africa since 2009.She also served as the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology from 2017 to 2018.She went to University of Zululand where she has obtained her degree.
Mkhize together with her husband Pat worked tirelessly improving the lives of South African's. Hlengiwe Mkhize husband is a commissioner for the protection and promotion of Rights of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities.
May the precious soul of Hlengiwe Buhle Mkhize rest in peace and his husband finds Solace in the Lord. Mkhize will be sorely missed by her daughter, husband, South Afrricans and the people she served with pride.
