The name of EFF leader Julius Malema has recently resurfaced. Many individuals hold Malema responsible for Hillary Gardee's death. Among the leaders calling for a more open immigration policy is Malemais, who some think is responsible for the murder and rape of Hillary Gardee. People are blaming Malema anew for Hillary's murder since a Nigerian man has been accused. Malema erred by making such an assertion. Now, whenever a noncitizen is apprehended for breaking the law, all fingers point directly at him. I think at this point we should just let it go. Malema cannot bear the sins of the world!
The murder of Hillary Gardee has resulted in the arrest of a fifth suspect in Mbombela. Hillary Gardee's phone and computer helped connect her to a man in his thirties in Nigeria. He is accused of working against the goals of justice.
Meanwhile in Mbombela, the Nelspruit Magistrate's Court was hearing the bail application of the two men accused of killing Hillary Gardee. Philemon Lukhele and Mduduzi Gama asked the court to explain the nature of the charges against them before the bail application began. On Tuesday, the security guard at the guesthouse where Hillary Gardee disappeared and was killed said he had never met her. During his bail hearing in Mbombela, Albert Mduduzi Gama testified that he was not at the scene of the purported kidnapping.
Related to the murder of Hillary Gardee, a fourth suspect was apprehended last week. At the end of April, Gardee's body was discovered near Mbombela. Three of the people suspected of being involved in her death have already testified in court. The man allegedly admitted his guilt to the police. According to reports, he was detained in Gauteng.
But the killing of Hillary Gardee has exposed a serious problem. Her father is sure that the King of Eswatini had something to do with her untimely death, although a government official from Eswatini has dismissed these allegations. Many South Africans are confused and don't know what to believe about this topic.
