A call is being made for ANC to join President Jacob Zuma to oppose possible re-incarceration. This call is set to dominate the party's final NEC for the year starting later this afternoon,(SABC News). The latest is the Pretoria high court ruling that release of President Zuma from the prison on the proclaimed medical parole in September this year is unlawful. The court ruled that the President Jacob Zuma be re incarcerated and go back to complete the 15 month jail term.
However, the ANC Kwazulu-Natal is saying to stand with the President Jacob Zuma and join the Correctional services department to appeal the high court judgement. Jacob Zuma Foundation and the Correctional services department are betting to apply the leave to appeal the high court's decision which has nullified the department's former commissioner Arthur Fraser's decision to grant President Jacob Zuma medical parole last months.
Is the President have to oppose the court ruling or the department of correctional services independently.
