Many were looking forward to see Zuma appearing at the State Capture inquiry but sadly it was not meant to be. Zuma has stated before that he won't appear in the State Capture inquiry as long as Judge Zondo is still presiding over it and that judge Zondo should recuse himself. Zuma has indicated before that judge Zondo is biased towards him and that he has chosen all people who don't get along with him to become witnesses.

Earlier today Zuma's lawyer confirmed that Zuma won't be appearing at the State Capture inquiry. A week ago Malema was visiting Zuma and the reason for the meeting is unknown but many believe that the meeting was to try and convince him to appear in the inquiry.

It remains to be seen how will the Zuma and Zondo Debacle will end and whether or not Zuma will go to jail for defying the constitutional court ruling on not appearing in the State Capture Inquiry.
