OPINION| How does a Nigerian veteran return to administrative politics ?

Nigeria’s former Vice President, veteran politician Atiku Abubakar, will run for president again next year after the main opposition party picked him as its candidate to stand in elections to succeed incumbent Muhammadu Buhari. This is the reason Africa is not moving forward is that African leaders are power hungry, how does a veteran return to administrative politics it's motivated by greed, moral myopia, and selfishness the young trees stand firm only after the leadership is a vehicle of utter chaos, broken beyond repair, every piece of the engine not worth picking upAfrica we are cursed or what surely that old man wants to rule people instead of enjoying his pension and tell his grandkids bedtime stories, the Nigerian upcoming elections will only be very interesting as all the candidates are season politicians, and maybe peace will ultimately arrive at the end Nigeria needs a strong president and someone who can unite that whole country irrespective of political, or religious beliefs and ideology but the truth is that most African politicians are self centered no political will to make the neccesary changes. These African leaders are obsessed with power I guess they believe their retirement entitles them to be lifetime Presidents, they have no shame at all
