Malema Weighs In As Zimbabwe's Charumbira Elected As PAP President

EFF leader applauds Fortune Charumbira's election as Pan African Parliament president. The EFF stated this represents a paradigm shift in PAP politics in Southern Africa because only West and Eastern Africans have led. Last year, the Pan African Parliament was in pandemonium because French-speaking African countries refused to let Southern Africa lead. The Economic Freedom Fighters think logic has won this year for African unification.

"We commend our Western and Eastern African brothers and sisters for yielding to superior rationale"

The red berets said Fortune Charumbira's election undermined the idea that Africans are split by Anglophone versus Francophone imperialism. ANC's Pemmy Majodina was chosen interim chair of the Pan-African Parliament's Southern Region Caucus. EFF president and Pan African Parliament member says SADC supports Fortune Charumbira based on his experience. He adds EU can withdraw funds if unhappy with the result.

"Each of us is best qualified to advance the institution, but he's one of the most capable. If the EU wants to withdraw money because it wants to tell Africans what to do, they can take it. Hell with their money "malema
