ZUMA is in Cold feet As this is set to happen today. Here is what is going to Happen.

2021 will go down in Zuma's history books as the worst year of his life because he tasted jail time despite his age. This year Zuma is going through a lot because it's been court days to him non stop and they are bankrupting him because last month he made headlines when his foundation came to the public asking for donations, but today he's going to court for a different matter.

It seems like Zuma enjoys being the centre of attention when it comes to alleged financial issues because he is expected to appear in court with his former architect due to some financial problems with the government.

The Trial against the Minenhle Makhanya is expected to resume at the Pietermaritzburg High Court on Friday. Makhanya was an architect of the former president of South Africa Jacob Zuma.

The court case will only be attended by the jury and people who are affected by the case due to security reasons.

The case was made possible after Public Protector Thuli Madonsela once filed a report in march 2014 about the at Zuma’s Nkandla homestead.

According to the “Secure in comfort” report filed by Madonsela Zuma and his family members has allegedly benefited from the R246 million which was spent on non-security features on Nkandla like the swimming pools, Kraal, chicken run and visitors centre.

A civil declaration became instituted towards Makhanya after the improvements had been discovered to be excessive.

Selby Makgatho, who's the Special Investigating Unit’s Special Tribunal spokesperson said that there's a number of claims that are being exploited.

Selby added that “There are approximately six claims which may be pursued to the quantity of R155 million because of the fact that settlement began with the price variety of R27,8 million however while it ended in December 2013 it changed into R216 million, so the evidence this is being led talks approximately R155 million which is alleged to have now now not been budgeted for.”

In 2015, media was granted access to Nkandla security upgrades. Watch video below:

In 2014, Madonsela announced her findings on the over R200-million worth of security upgrades to Zuma’s private residence in Nkandla, KwaZulu-Natal. Watch video below:
