Some South Africans on social media have been pleading with Jacob Zuma's foundation to arrange for Jacob Zuma to address the nation, saying that they miss his voice. They are also trending the hashtag “Sorry Jacob Zuma”, saying that he was the better president. Someone wrote, “@JGZ_Foundation it is possible to arrange for ubaba to address us… We miss his voice… His addresses. Was the glue that held the ANC. Right now, sibuswa ngabhunu through CR17. Our @MYANC no longer has that thing… Kubi!”. The recent increment in the prices of fuel amidst level 6 load shedding, coupled with the other trending issues, have forced some South Africans to declare that they were sorry for how they treated him. Another person added, “He must just address us… We are grabbing everything now… Enforcing… That the only thing that can save us now”.
Another person wrote, “It is sad that we will never have a President like UBABA. Under ubaba, there was unity in the @MYANC … Right now, the party is as good as dead… CR17 never sing revolutionary songs… Maybe we should establish the Jacob Zuma School Of Political Ideology…”. Many people are eager to have Jacob Zuma address them. They noted that there is no headway again in the ANC that is led by Ramaphosa. One of Jacob Zuma's followers wrote that they will follow him until the end. He wrote,” I don't have time to entertain settlers… We will follow President Zuma until the end. In fact, we need to work on establishing JZ School Of Political ideology where we teach the future on Black Economic Empowerment”. Another hashtag “Suspend Cyril” trended yesterday, and this morning, the Eastern Cape ANCYL said that they do not want him to attend the mass funeral of the victims of the Enyobeni Tavern. It shows that many people have been offended by the recent happenings in the country, especially load shedding and high fuel prices.
