This is tough year, for the African National Congress since it is set to host national elective conference in December 2022. This comes with bad news in this party, which is a division.
The current president of the Republic of South Africa and African National Congress Cyril Matamela Ramaphosa has raised his hands for the second term as the president of the African National Congress.
With five months to go, many comrades are starting to raise their hands for different positions within the national structure. Minister of tourism in the republic of South Africa, and current member of the African National Congress National Executive Council Lindiwe Sisulu has long joined the race.
It caught many by surprise that the current Deputy President of the African National Congress and Republic of South Africa David Mabuza had joined the race.
Now With David Mabuza entering the race to become ANC’s no 1 in the December elective conference, the cat joins other heavyweights eyeing the top position. Cyril Ramaphosa, Zweli Mkhize & Lindiwe Sisulu, have received support from branches in various regions.
