4 Advice To South Africans As Election Is Approaching || Number 1 And 3 Is Very Important

As the local government election is fast approaching, I would like to give people four important pieces of advice that they should heed. All this advice is for the safety of the citizens, and they are good. Here are the four pieces of advice I have for you below.

1. Come out and vote.

If you are eligible to vote, come out and vote because the future of the country is in your hand. You can use your voter's card to change things in this country. You cannot be complaining about bad government then refuse to vote, come out and vote so that any corrupt politician will be removed from office.

2. Avoid being used by politicians.

As the election is near, you need to be careful about the decisions you make about the election. Don't allow any politician to use you as a thug or anyone that will promote violence during the election.

3. Vote people based on credibility.

This is the time to make the right decision about who you want to be in power. Anyone that you think so assumes office should be voted for. Vote leaders based on merit, not based on their party. Don't also vote for someone because he or she is your tribe, ethnic group, or religion.

4. Be Security conscious.

Many things happen during elections, you need to be security conscious. Many people have been killed during election time, one must protect himself or herself. Anywhere you see people fighting, avoid those places and run for your life.

The coming election in South African will be held on 1 November. The election is to elect councils for all district, metropolitan and local municipalities in each of the country's nine provinces.

Feel free to drop your advice for South Africans to save lives during this coming election.
